Down For A Week … Should I Change My Web Hosting ?

I’d like to apologise to those whose been keeping up with my blog, since my hosting account was down during the past week. It didn’t only affect this blog but also my other blogs. It’s up now, but my friend Zidni, told me there are times when the hosting become unaccessible.
I’ve been thinking during this weekend about changing my web hosting. Should I change it ? My friend, Hadi, said Bluehost is good. Anyway here’s some Bluehost review that I found
